Our surgery is accessible to patients using a wheelchair as we have an automatic door. We also have three parking spaces reserved for patients displaying a disabled badge. We also have two couches that are suitable for our patients that are less mobile.
For patients with hearing problems, please inform the receptionist and make us aware if you need assistance. We have a portable hearing loop for patients to use which can be taken into consulting rooms. Let us know how we can help you.
If you need sign language support, inform the staff so we can arrange this in advance of your appointment and offer a longer appointment.
Assistance dogs such as guide or hearing dogs are welcome to have access to all areas of the practice, please inform reception if you require any help.
Patients with Autism
We understand it can be difficult to attend when the waiting area is busy and therefore attend at a time first thing or last thing in the day, it may be easier to sit and wait somewhere less busy and quieter.
Please inform our reception team of ways in which we can help improve your experience and we will be happy to help.
