Who looks after you? is a partnership project of carers' organisations in Northamptonshire, NHS Northamptonshire, Nene Commissioning, Northamptonshire County Council and GPs to raise the profile of carers and caring with the general public and health and social care professionals and to encourage carers to access information and support for their caring role.
